We are thrilled to announce that Amelia O’Connor has joined the Strive Occupational Rehabilitation team as our Brisbane Team Leader – Senior Consultant – Physiotherapist.

Amelia brings over two decades of experience in physiotherapy and occupational rehabilitation, with a career that spans hospital, community, defence, disability, and private practice settings. Her extensive background includes leadership roles in national rehabilitation providers, where she has consistently delivered exceptional outcomes for clients and stakeholders alike.

Amelia’s consulting expertise is broad and impactful. She has worked across insurance schemes including CTP, private and public sector clients, and self-insured entities such as Coles Group. Her skillset includes return-to-work facilitation, stakeholder engagement, training delivery, and injury prevention strategies. She has also been recognised for her contributions to the industry, including being a finalist for the Queensland ARPA Awards in 2024 and receiving a 10-Year Outstanding Contribution Award.

At Strive, we are excited to welcome Amelia’s wealth of experience, leadership, and industry insight. Her addition to our Brisbane team strengthens our commitment to delivering high-quality, client-centred rehabilitation services. Amelia’s passion for injury management and prevention, combined with her proven ability to foster positive team culture and drive results, makes her a valuable asset to our organisation.
