Critical Incident Response
We recognise that sometimes in the workplace accidents occur and life events happen, which unfortunately can be extremely difficult to process and work through.
At Strive we offer a critical incident response service where we can help you and your staff in providing any support you may require. In the past this has looked like face to face onsite support to the staff in their workplace, group debriefs, coaching and counselling to managers and team leaders in how to support their team, as well as telephone or video/Skype based support.
We recognise that when these events occur, responsiveness and support is critical and we will always endeavour to help you at a time of need.
Early Intervention Programs
At Strive we understand that Early Intervention is critical to supporting anyone back to work or to stay at work. We offer early intervention program referrals where we can undertake a needs assessment to help you determine a supportive plan of action to help your staff stay at work, or to re-connect to work in a meaningful and safe way.

Employee Support
1:1 coaching sessions to assist individual employees experiencing distress as a result of external or workplace stressors including difficult working relationships.
Sessions include review of lifestyle and healthy habits, coping strategies and specific tools drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). The service also includes consultation with HR and Line Managers as well as treating practitioners, as indicated.
Management Coaching
1:1 coaching sessions with some similar content to the Employee Support program for people managing teams. Coaching encourages the manager to explore what might be preventing him/her from communicating clearly with a colleague, team member or line manager.
It aims to facilitate the manager finding new ways of dealing with difficult conversations and associated emotions. These sessions are delivered by a Senior or Principal Consultant.
This service is delivered to individuals and has many applications including preparing one or more parties for mediation, debriefing following unsuccessful mediations, assisting a party when the other has declined mediation and prevention of disputes.
Onsite Support
You can arrange for a Strive Consultant to attend your workplace to offer one to one support for your staff. We offer Onsite Support which can be an agreed time (for example 2hrs), a half-day or full-day.
Onsite Support is designed so our Strive Consultant ca work one to one with your staff to provide them with a professional outlet to work through and manage any difficult interactions, emotions or challenges they may be facing (work or non-work related).
The Strive Consultant will often offer a variety of coaching and support strategies to the staff member and can also help to identify anyone that may be at risk and talk to them about other follow services available.
