We are thrilled to welcome Namaste Kinn to the Strive Occupational Rehabilitation team as our new Senior Consultant – Rehabilitation Counsellor. Based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Namaste brings a wealth of experience, compassion, and a deep commitment to supporting individuals and workplaces in achieving their best outcomes.

Namaste’s professional journey spans over a decade of dedicated service in rehabilitation, counselling, and wellbeing. With a Master of Health Sciences in Rehabilitation Counselling from La Trobe University and a Diploma in Positive Psychology and Wellbeing, she has built a career grounded in evidence-based practice and person-centred care. Her work has included DVA and WorkCover assessments, biopsychosocial case management, and vocational assistance, making her a trusted guide for clients navigating complex recovery and return-to-work journeys.
In addition to extensive occupational rehabilitation experience, her previous roles include student welfare support and wellbeing workshop presenter which have seen her support the emotional wellbeing of hundreds of students, staff, and employees across Queensland. Namaste has also led wellbeing programs for organisations within local Government, Queensland Government and private sector organisations, as well as experience in operating her own small business and private practice.
At Strive, Namaste will be delivering a broad range of services as a Rehabilitation Counsellor, including:
