Welcome to Strive. We are a team of 20+ staff spread across Queensland and are proud to be one of the few Queensland owned and operated rehabilitation providers. We have a highly experienced and dedicated team of health professionals led by one of the most experienced leadership teams in the industry. Strive’s leadership team offers a combined 80 years industry experience. We also boast one of the most experienced consulting teams with our median years’ experience for all Consultants being 9 years.
We are well known throughout the industry as a leader in early intervention, complex case management and innovative pilot programs. Our passion lies in working with organisations who offer a holistic support service to improve the health and wellbeing of their staff. We see that our work is really about helping to connect people back to themselves, or back to work as well as helping teams re-connect with one another. When done well, this improves workplace culture, and in turn improves the health of individuals and the organisation.
Our Vision
Our vision is to help all teams and people be connected through work.
We know that health outcomes improve when we are connected at work. We know that organisations thrive when the people and leaders are connected with one another. Our vision is for every person and organisation Strive touches to leave feeling connected.
Who are we?
We are a team of allied health professionals and are Queensland owned and operated. We are passionate about working with organisations who want to improve the health and wellbeing of their staff and who understand that this industry is about people. We are well known as industry leaders in early intervention, complex case management and innovative pilot programs. We enjoy looking at new ways we can support your organisation to connect with its staff, and ultimately thrive.
Why are we different?
We understand that this industry is about people and it is about customer service. We do not offer ‘cookie cutter rehabilitation’. We offer a consultative process in liaising with you to understand your organisation and its people’s needs in order to develop a holistic service to meet your requirements.
Strive’s Experience

During this time Strive’s return to work/stay at work percentage is 96%. Traditionally Strive is known for providing complex psychosocial case management, and of the 800 to 1100 referrals we receive each year, approximately 60% have a psychological condition, conflict component or a complex injury exacerbated by a psychological condition.
