Today we celebrate and farewell someone very special to the Strive team — Anna Webby. After 5.5 remarkable years with us, Anna is setting off on an exciting new chapter as she and her fiancé, Sean, relocate to the UK. While we are sad to see her go, we are filled with pride and gratitude as we reflect on her journey and the legacy she leaves behind.
Anna joined Strive in January 2020 as a bright and passionate new graduate from the University of Queensland. From day one, she brought warmth, professionalism, and a deep commitment to helping others. Over the years, Anna has embraced a variety of roles — from Rehabilitation Consultant to Senior Consultant, then Gold Coast Team Leader, and most recently, Brisbane Team Leader. In each of these roles, she has led with integrity, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
It has been a true pleasure to witness Anna’s personal and professional growth. Her contributions to our clients, customers, and culture have been nothing short of immense. Whether supporting someone’s return to work, mentoring a colleague, or leading a team through change, Anna has consistently demonstrated excellence and heart in all she does.
As Anna embarks on this new adventure, we know she will continue to shine. The UK is lucky to have her, and we have no doubt she will bring the same passion and impact to whatever comes next.
