As our dedicated Business Support Officer/Accounts with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for numbers, Hannah plays a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run like clockwork. From managing accounts and streamlining administrative processes to supporting the wider team with her calm, can-do attitude, she’s the quiet force driving efficiency and excellence every day.

What I do at Strive:
Hi! I’m Hannah, and my role at Strive is Business Support Officer/Accounts. Day to day, I assist with referrals, customer and client enquiries, process invoices and bills, manage remittances, travel bookings, case closures, quarterly customer reporting, and payroll. I joined the team because a good friend worked here and always spoke so positively about the culture and the people—so I knew it was somewhere I wanted to be.
What I love about my work at Strive:
One thing I really connect with is Strive’s focus on “engaged people thriving at work.” It shows up in my work every day through the collaboration and support I experience across the team. I love being part of a workplace where everyone genuinely cares and contributes to a positive environment. One of may favourite sayings is “We are not a team because we work together, we are a team because we respect, trust and care for each other”.
What people might not know about the Business Support team:
We’re more than behind-the-scenes! One thing people might not realise is the level of customisation we provide in customer reporting. We tailor reports across all key stakeholders to meet specific KPIs, which plays a vital role in supporting our consultants and organisational goals.
A proud moment:
A moment that made me proud to be part of this team was when Strive achieved ISO accreditation across five standards—all within just 12 months. It was a huge team effort and a testament to our commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
A little about me outside of work:
When I’m not at my desk, I enjoy adrenaline sports, hiking with my two dalmatians, Cosmo and Freddy and photography. It’s my way of switching off and reconnecting with the outdoors—it keeps me grounded and energised.
