Putting together a graduated return-to-work program can be difficult, as you need to balance the mix of requirements from all stakeholders, including medical practitioners, the business and the insurer when returning to work on reduced capacity. The injured worker needs to know that they can safely return to their job without jeopardising either their health or their ability to perform the job.
A Strive workplace assessment can help facilitate a safe return to work, by identifying the critical demands of your work tasks and establishing the performance criteria against which the worker’s functional capacity will be evaluated.
