The Role: Business Support – Reception
Due to growth within the Strive Team, we are excited to present the opportunity for a full-time Business Support – Reception position, located at our Milton Office. The role is onsite only, it is not a hybrid or work from home role. The successful applicant will be reliable and can ensure our Consultants are well supported in their daily work whilst retaining an open, friendly and supportive attitude within an at times pressured environment. The applicant will be required to provide general front of house, reception and basic office administration duties. The role will report to the Operations Manager.
The key duties for this role will include:
- Data entry – entering new referrals into the case manager data base, updating contacts, funding plans etc.
- Answering telephone and email inquiries and forwarding on to the appropriate person.
- Booking in Pre-Employment Medical Assessments.
- Basic level administrative support such as faxing, scanning and filing documents, assisting to update existing resources and templates etc.
- When requested by Consultants assist with printing documents such as training materials etc.
- Coordination of booking meeting rooms and equipment as required.
- Wipe down and clean meeting rooms to ensure they are kept tidy before and after meetings, assist with maintaining kitchen facilities.
- Driving to collect mail from the post office, pick up birthday cakes, food for functions etc.
- Additional ad hoc administration and office tasks as directed by the Operations Manager

- Have an open driver’s license with no restrictions
- Previous Reception experience is desirable
